The next membership turn-in will be on Sunday, June 8th at Close of
Books. Cards will be accepted from |
|
|
9:00a.m. until 1:00p.m. at the Indiana Veterans Home. This will be the
final card turn-in for 2008 that will count |
|
|
towards your membership goal. All unused 2008 cards should be turned in
and accounted for on this day too. |
|

2009 Card Packet Distribution |
|
|
|
|
|
|
The District Commander or District Representative will be responsible
for picking up the 2009 card packets at |
|
|
Close of Books, we will not be distributing them individually to each
Post! It will be up to the District Commander |
|
on how they will distribute them amongst their PostS. Remember each
packet will be filled with the same amount |
|
|
of supplies to start all Posts out with the same amount for the new
membership year even though Post sizes vary. |
|
|
All packets need to be distributed as soon as possible as our first 2009
membership turn in will be a month |
|
|
later at Department Convention. |
|
|

|
The Department would like to stress that all Posts look at their last
financial sheet for the year and pay off any |
|
|
debit owed to Department before sending in 2009 cards. If you have a
credit with the Department, it will roll over |
|
|
to next year but we would like for all Posts to pay their debits or use
the credits before the next membership |
|
|
year. We are continually having to bring credits and debits over to new
membership years so please pay off any |
|
|
balance owed or use the credit you have coming within the upcoming year.
Our goal is to have all Posts at zero |
|
|
balances by Close of Books each year. |
