Important Forms:
It’s almost that time to start receiving important forms in the mail regarding members of the Squadrons for Adjutants to fill out. The Blue Brigade forms, Distinguished Service Award form, S.A.L. Scholarship form etc., will be mailed out within the next few months in the mass mailings. We will still mail out Officer Certification and Delegate/Alternate forms separately in specially marked envelopes to all Adjutants. Please put these forms in a safe place until you are ready to mail them back to Department and make sure you are aware of the deadlines as they may vary with each form.
